In addition to future care planning, PLANCO offers individual services that enhance our clients’ quality of life and provide some respite for their families from the demands of providing primary care.

Our support services include:

PLANCO also provides referrals to legal and financial experts who can assist families with the arrangement of special needs trusts or estates that will provide current and future funds for their adult children without jeopardizing their income from Medicaid, Medicare or Supplemental Social Security programs.
